Following Eihwaz, Nauthiz arrives to offer firm boundaries and guidelines to help the Traveler stay aligned with the Path, the most direct and beneficial course of action to continue the positive evolution of self.
The Light
In its light, Nauthiz is a clear boundary and the resolve to uphold it. The Traveler is clear about who is the self and how to maintain alignment with self in all thoughts, words, and actions.
The Shadow
In its shadow, Nauthiz feels too restrictive. The Traveler is less able to embrace the limitations being offered because the old mind and ego patterns are too attached to false ideas of freedom.
As One
Without limits, this human life is not possible. Without boundaries, right relationship is not possible.
The Path is the Path because of the limitations of human incarnation. Though in our wholeness we are beings of infinite depth and power, we are here to experience limitations which guide us along a journey of soul evolution.
Without rules, there are no games. Without a beginning and ending, there are no stories.
Dear Traveler, as you make the transition into a new form and expression of self, the old limitations which hindered your fullest beingness must be replaced with new limitations which truly support your evolution.
These may feel too restrictive at first, but only to the old patterns of the ego. Your spirit knows these new limits to be much more suited to your ultimate joy.
Trust the limits. Uphold your boundaries.
In doing so, you give yourself new definition.
